I accompanied my wife in the supermarket. I was looking for a spicy vinegar when I saw a bottle of "Branded" Apple Cider Vinegar. I've been hearing news about this kind of vinegar. News that it is a good supplement to aid good health. Though much expensive than the ordinary sugar cane vinegar, I included a bottle inside the basket.
I just know this vinegar will help me with my diabetes. Immediately, I tried 1/8 glass of it with a glass of water on the side. Not good for a drink at all!
I searched the internet and found this picture and information:
Vinegar has been shown to have numerous benefits for insulin function and blood sugar levels:
- Improves insulin sensitivity during a high-carb meal by 19-34% and significantly lowers blood glucose and insulin responses (7).
- Reduces blood sugar by 34% when eating 50 grams of white bread (8).
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before bedtime can reduce fasting blood sugars by 4% (9).
- Numerous other studies, in both rats and humans, show that vinegar can increase insulin sensitivity and significantly lower blood sugar responses during meals
I've been drinking a glass for three days... 2 tablespoon for a glass of water before meal. Hoping for a better blood sugar level in a week time.
Of course with a lot of prayers.
