Some of us diabetics may have tried Okra. Some have told me that Okra is effective. Others were doubtful enough to say, "I'll try it" with a grim on the face knowing the slimy fluid okra produces.
I tried Okra for a week, honestly. Soaking 3 fruits chopped into two for 3-5 hours and drinking the juice 3 times a day. Hoping for a better and normal blood sugar level. I was a failure! I reached more than 400 when I tested my sugar. I am not saying it's not effective. I must it is.
What happened? There's no substitute with moderate intake of food and daily exercise which I didn't do while doing the Okra therapy. I believe, all medicines, natural or not, should go together with right diet and exercise.
